What file formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WebP are supported. Please avoid uploading images with nudity, hate symbols, or graphic content.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, you may use them for promotional purposes including Spotify, social media, and music videos. We do not claim ownership of your music or content. Our mood loops are commercially licensed and safe to use. The generated videos are however intended for personal or professional use by the purchaser only. Reselling, redistributing, or misrepresenting the content as entirely your own creation is not allowed and violates our terms of use.
Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Please test the platform using free watermarked downloads before committing to a credit pack.
I don’t see a style I like. What should I do?
